• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

• Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, live chat or our contact form, including designs or photos you send for custom stickers.

• Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived at our Site. We collect this automatically with cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process, print, ship and support your orders.

• To answer your questions and handle returns or reprints.

• To send you marketing emails, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

• To understand how people use our Site, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how our Site is used. Some cookies come from analytics or advertising partners. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site, like the cart, may not work without them. Your photos and designs

We use designs or photos you send for custom orders only to make your stickers. We will not show your custom order in our marketing unless you give us permission.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep other information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email support@stickerapple.com. California residents can also use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

Our store runs on Shopify, which uses encryption (HTTPS) and secure payment handling. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
